CLIFTON HEIGHTS ZONING HEARING BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Clifton Heights, Delaware County, Pennsylvania will hold public hearing(s) on the following application(s) on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, beginning at 7:00 p.m.:
Applicant: Domenic Mercuri (petitioner)
Property: 301 W. Baltimore Pike, Clifton Heights, PA 19018
Application: Applicant requests variance from Section 340-61 to allow (1) 30 sq. ft. wall sign and (2) 118” x 128” pole/pylon sign for “Craft Beer World” business in C-2 district. Ordinances limits total signage at premises to 30 sq. ft.
The hearing(s) will be held at the Borough of Clifton Heights Municipal Building, 30 S. Springfield Rd., Clifton Heights, PA 19018. Any person who would be affected by the granting of an application is entitled to appear and be heard for or against the application. Copies of each application are available at the Township Building during regular business hours.
