Harris represents the First Ward along with Leona Papale. He has lived in Clifton with his wife Michele since 1987. They have two grown children who went to Upper Darby Schools. He is involved in the Scouting program here in Clifton Hts., which meets at St. Stephens Church. Harris is an attorney with an office in Media, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of Wills and Trusts, Estate Administration, Guardianships and Disability Planning.

Native of Delaware County, moved to Clifton Heights in 1966. I have lived at my current residence since 1984 with my wife, Linda, where I became the father of 2 children, Jennifer and Stephen.

A board member and coached for Clifton PAL for 10 years
Coached at St. Eugene’s for 10 years where I started the track team and 3rd/4th grade basketball team
Coached Holy Cross varsity football for 13 years and was the head coach for the last 3 years
Coached St. Joe’s Prep varsity football for 3 years, winning 2 state titles

Native of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Settled in Clifton Heights Borough in October of 2002 with husband Jim. Mother of three children. I am currently finishing a degree in early childhood education and special education at Neumann University.
Community Involvement
Over the years I have been actively engaged in the community volunteering for the Upper Darby School District, community events, and community organizations including the Westbrook Park Home and School Association, Upper Darby School District Home and School, Upper Darby Committee for Special Education, Upper Darby High School Cheerleading, Clifton Heights Boys Club, Clifton Heights Civic Association, Clifton Heights Fourth of July Association, seasonal events such the Easter Egg Hunt and Christmas Tree Lighting.
